These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kairi mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by Kairi. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using Kairi

Kairi scores meals, menus, and packaged products against health goals you select (blood pressure, cholesterol, and/or blood sugar), and provides AI-generated recipes, vitals tracking, supplement guidance, and related features to support everyday management of those goals. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Not medical advice

Kairi is designed to support everyday management of blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar, and general food understanding. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the advice of a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare provider. Fit scores, vitals trends, and supplement guidance are educational and directional, not a clinical assessment. Always consult a qualified professional with questions about a medical condition, medication, or specific dietary need, and before starting any new supplement.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for any activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing

Kairi may offer optional paid features through a subscription, which may include a free trial period. Pricing, billing, and cancellation are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their respective terms, in addition to these Terms.

Content accuracy

We work to keep food and product information accurate and up to date, but nutrition data can vary by source, recipe, and preparation. Kairi cannot guarantee that every insight or swap suggestion will be complete or error-free for every product or meal.

Intellectual property

The Kairi name, logo, mascot, and related branding are the property of Kairi. The app and website, including their design and underlying code, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Termination

You may stop using Kairi at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kairi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
