Know if it fits before you take a bite.

Point your camera at a meal, a restaurant menu, or a barcode. Kairi scores it 0–100 for your blood pressure, cholesterol, or blood sugar goals, not a generic "healthy" label, and hands you a swap when it falls short.

Built for people managing a real condition.
Kairi supports your care plan. It does not replace your doctor.

The problem

Generic "healthy" doesn't know your numbers.

A salad loaded with dressing and cheese can be a rough pick for blood pressure. A "protein" bar can be a landmine for blood sugar. Kairi scores food against the condition you're actually managing, not a one-size-fits-all label.

FAQ

Good to know.

Straight answers, including the one about medical advice.

What is a "fit score"?

Every meal, product, or menu item gets a 0–100 score weighted for the specific condition you're managing (blood pressure, cholesterol, or blood sugar), instead of a generic "healthy or not" label.

Which conditions does Kairi support?

Blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar/diabetes. You choose one or more during onboarding, and every fit score is weighted accordingly.

Does Kairi replace medical advice?

No. Kairi is designed to support everyday management alongside your doctor, not replace one. The doctor-ready PDF export is meant to make that conversation easier, not skip it.

What if a scan gets something wrong?

Scoring depends on the details available, like serving size, preparation, and label data, so an occasional score may need adjusting. You can always search for the item directly or add detail to refine it.

Are the supplement suggestions safe?

Each suggestion includes a rationale, a caution note, and a cited source, often referencing resources like Harvard Health or NIH/NCCIH. Always check with your doctor before starting a new supplement.

Is it available on iPhone and Android?

Kairi is planned for both the App Store and Google Play, with support for English and seven additional languages. Links above will go live as each listing is published.
